Painted while spending the summer at his father's house in the French resort town on the English Channel, Monet painted each element, from the flags waving in the wind to the sunshine dancing on the flowers, in a dazzling play of light and color. Monet's seated parents dominate the foreground, while his cousin and uncle visually draw our eye toward the ships at sea. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its bold brushstrokes, which are applied by hand exclusively for Design Toscano. Our replica European style, bright gold-toned, ribbed frame is cast in quality designer resin with an acanthus leaf and floret border that draws the eye toward the beautiful image.
