These exquisitely enameled eggs are skillfully rendered in the style made famous by Carl Fabergé, the imperial jeweler for Russian nobility. A wax sculpture is made and cast in metal alloy using the traditional “lost wax” method. Then, brilliant enamel is added inside and out while faux jewels and tiny pearled crowns are set in place, giving these quality works of art their rich ornamentation. Tiny magnets secure the lids of these treasures.
