Le Flesselles Hot Air Balloon Illuminated Stained Glass Statue
Item#TF10025
Over 250 individually hand-cut pieces of art glass encased in glazier's lead
Envision the warm golden glow of this turn-of-the-century-style illuminated statue-we're sure it's the most impressive lamp seen since balloon inventors Joseph and Jacques Montgolfier first flew! A balloon of quality hand-crafted authentic art glass sits atop swaged, highly detailed, French bronze-finished metalwork in a substantial sculpture evoking the magnificence of the Grand Epoque. With an artisan's eye, each piece of Design Toscano's distinct high quality art glass is hand-cut, copper-foiled, and individually soldered in glazier's lead, taking over two full days to create. Our exclusive, high quality stained glass lamp has the look of a fine period antique. Accepts your single, 60-watt, type "A" bulb illuminated by switch on 53" cord. This is authentic, hand-crafted art glass; variations of texture and color are part of the process. Simple assembly required.

When you receive your Design Toscano stained glass work of art, it will arrive with a coating of mineral oil. You can gently wipe off the excess with a soft cloth. The oil is applied to give the glass a scratch-resistant shine and protect it for the long distance journey to your home.
We make every effort to represent stained glass colors accurately, however, due to the hand crafted nature of these products, slight color variations are normal and help make each piece unique. The final appearance will also depend on the lighting of the room where the stained glass is displayed. Stained glass lamps will also change colors when lit or un-lit.
To take care of your stained glass, clean it with a damp cloth or lemon oil polish, then dry with a clean, dry cloth.
