such potential but utterly dissapoints With shipping and handling/ taxes etc the item costs about $400 dollars and thats AFTER using an applicable discount. A price I dont mind paying for a unique , quality, one of a kind piece if it met expectations.......it did not. My package arrived with merely the egyptian servant figure which seemed sloppy and poorly made (hands arent carved well, face looks distorted and almost ape like, colors arent crisp and paint job seems sloppy). The craftmanship was poor, the paint and detail was not very neat, it was smaller than the picture suggested and most importantly again there was no base and no glass shipped with the servant...therefore it wasnt a table....just a poorly crafted egyptian figure with bolts in his feet. I called customer service and they merely told me that it shouldve been shipped with the glass and base and that someone will call me the next day to fix the order. I will find out tomorow if they make good on this. Unless it goes on sale for alot cheaper possibly the 100-200 dollar range, I would not recommend buying this product. Ive bought several things here however I am very dissapointed with this item and its left a bad taste in my mouth...not sure I'll be purchasing anything here for a bit now ;/ March 20, 2014
A Real Eyecatcher! This beautiful table is a classy addition to my Egyptian collection. It is well made and exquisitely hand-painted. I'm very glad I bought this fine piece. There were a couple of minor, easily resolved assembly issues. I give this table high marks and recommend it to others without reservation. July 13, 2013
Doesn't look as expensive as I paid for It looks nice but not for the price. It is fatter and shorter than the picture. But is is unique in it's own way. June 28, 2012
