Dom the Monk, Inventor of the Champagne Statue
by artist Frederic Levesque
You'll "pop" a smile at this exclusive, clever statue of the inventor of champagne, created by French artist Frederic Levesque in his own unique style. "Dom the Monk" holds a bottle of bubbly while a playful cat chases a mouse beneath his overturned oak barrel seat. Artistically cast in designer resin and boasting a faux stone finish to capture every epicurean detail, Dom is a sparkling gift for any lover of bubbly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by The smile says it all.. I gave this statue as a gift to a friend who owns a brewery pub with a monastic theme. The sandstone finish of this piece fits perfectly with the décor and the intoxication portrayed by the artist made the monk appear to be quite happy with that bottle. My friend was very impressed with it and it currently resides near the entrance of his establishment for all to see. January 4, 2017
Rated 4 out of 5 by Will make a great party decoration This was on sale so I bought it on a lark. It will look great on a beverage (wine) table when I give a party. Looks good in my liquor cabinet too. October 18, 2013
