The Riding Crop Quality Lost Wax Bronze Statue
Cast in the traditional lost wax bronze method
Noted for his spellbinding bronze sculptures of tall, erotic, authoritative women, the work of Austrian sculptor Bruno Zach (1891-1935) commands astounding prices at auction. "The Riding Crop," (1925) a European classic, is characteristic of the bare-chested, gartered stockinged, dream-mistress images popular in Berlin, Vienna and Paris between the wars. This Design Toscano exclusive high quality lost wax bronze sexual-fetish sculpture is hand polished in a multidimensional sepia patina finish and set atop a solid black marble base. The dominatrix sculpture is individually cast in the traditional lost wax method, which highlights the sculptural uniqueness and guarantees heirloom quality. Color patina is applied by hand one piece at a time, tone may vary slightly.
