Hoping a fluke! Have MANY lovely Toscano pieces. This one arrived with an obvious seam across the horizontal base and as months have gone by, appears to have acquired "black spots"-not removable via usual dusting, then spray cleaner which eventually led to the discovery the "white bisque"" had simply worn/fallen off!! Travel a lot-no one else here to contribute to a change like that!. Would have returned it initially for the base snaffoo, but the lines are most lovely-flawed even more now as the biggest "black spot" is on "her" "hip bone" and very obvious. Haven't been asked about this item previously..while "statue" is great, craftmanship , hopefully only THIS time, below par compared to past purchases. June 20, 2013
