Not what I expected. I'd had this on my wish list for some time, and a couple of years ago I decided to finally get it. At the time I ordered, I had a lot of medical issues, so when it arrived, I only took a quick look at it to make sure it wasn't damaged in shipping, then put it in storage. I took it out for a closer look a few months ago, and I was greatly disappointed. There were major differences in appearance between the photos on the website and the actual item I received. To start with the base and pedestal are lopsided, and lack the detail shown in the photograph. The pedestal isn't even centered on the base. The hands and feet pictured on the website are distinctly different; the fingers of the hand are longer and thinner than the toes, and they protrude down the side of the pedestal. The hands and feet on the statue I received are nearly indistinct from each other. They're nearly uniform in length and appearance (aside from the fingers being a bit thinner than the toes#, and 2 of the fingers and one toe have no nail...they're just round and smooth on the ends. The best way to describe the overall appearance of them is it looks like one giant foot, with twelve toes overlapping two edges of the pedestal, with the arms and legs of the statue attached at the ankle. The eyes on my statue have poor detail. It looks as if someone scratched out the eyes #along with the bridge of the nose), then tried to fix it. The nostrils are much wider than the photos show, and the right nostril is nonexistent, as if it had been filled in. The left ear also has many flaws, again as if someone had unsuccessfully tried to fix it. The wings of my statue are dramatically different from the one pictured. I personally would have preferred the style of the original, but the style of the one I received isn't too objectionable. The overall quality of this piece does not live up to expectations. I was surprised at this, as my previous experiences with DT products have always been positive. January 15, 2014
I have the smaller of this sitting atop a hutch in the corner of my livingroom - lovely detail, beautiful lines. This is one of my favourite pieces. November 18, 2010
Draga is truly exquisite. The detail in his features make him a frightening foe against evil spirits. I have had my Draga perched over my bed for years now and for whatever reason my nightmares are a thing of the past. May 8, 2010
