A beautiful statue for the garden but more fragile than I expected for the price. The first time I placed it outside the wind blew it over onto soft ground and the arm broke off. I recommend weighing it down if outside and protect from the wind. Also, the screws and plates that attach the wings to her back are ugly when viewed close up. Again, not what I expected for the price.

She is beautiful! The color is much whiter than the picture. The screw holes to fasten her wings don't line up so I couldn't secure her wings. But overall she is majestic! I would recommend purchasing her.

I received this fairy as a gift from my husband. When she first arrived, her arm was cracked-should have been a red flag for me-but i thought it was the shipping company's fault. Was able to be return with no problems. Now, after having her in my garden for a couple of years, one of the brackets on her back to hold the wings has broken off completely. I could live with that and mend her somehow but upon closer inspection her cheek is cracking. I don't believe, the resin she is made of, is outdoor quality. I am very disappointed in the quality. And now, even more disappointed in the price.

"Kensington," as I call her is a lovely addition to our garden. I placed her on the ground in the nook of one of my Toyon trees. From a design look, she is wonderful. The ONLY dissatisfactions I have with her is that (1) she is too white and (2) the location where her wings are connected to the back are not seemless. One can see the metal wing connection location when walking around the statue and that detracts from a 360 degree viewing. The artist would take note of these issues and perhaps where the color is concerned, tone the white resin down with a bit of deeper toning or mottle the resin somewhat, so she doesn't look plastic! There are also better ways to connect the wings to the body, so that the metal bracket with screws don't show when viewing from the back. Otherwise, she is very beautiful and worth the money. I'd be happy to supply a photo of her as she is placed under the tree, should anyone want to see her.

Absolutely stunning in my backyard.... I had made a special place to display her and I have been enjoying her ever since.
It was well worth the $$$ as every time I look into my very small backyard; she is there and it makes me smile.
I have already recommended this to other friends... there were impressed with her too. They had never seen a fairy statue that big. It truly makes a statement when you see her for the first time...... I am SOOOO Happy with her...... Thank you!

I was looking for a fairy statue, not an angel which seemed easier to find, for our yard. The Kensington fairy has beautiful details on the wings, hair, skirt, flowers, face...I get compliments on her all the time. Her head did start to have cracks in it after only a few summer months outside, but Toscano shipped us a new one after we emailed pictures. There have been no issues with the second one. I am now thinking about another fairy statue to join her.
