Baby Buddha Studying the Five Precepts Statue
small and sweet
This Baby Buddha has a very sweet countenance --although the measurements are no doubt accurate, still, "baby Buddha" is actually quite small. Also, the surface is semi-shiny, unlike real stone--but overall, a very sweet and lovely addition to any garden nook.

Nice size and the weight is distributed evenly so it seems sturdy and well balanced. I didn't know if I would like the color, but now that I've had it for awhile I find the color produces a restful mood.

Wonderful Statue !
What a great Sculpture....nice design, very detailed. The Baby Budda posesses a innocent charm and the Artist captures a peaceful spiritual expression. I was surprised to see actual oriental writing in the open Book, a very nice touch. Nice size and weight, better than I expected....this piece will definitely bring a smile to your face.

Disappointed in weight
The product looks good but the product is made of light weight resin weighs very little.
I have purchased other items made of resin with less of a feel of plastic.
I have placed it in my garden but do not know how well it will stand up to
sun and rain.

Wish it was alittle smaller and bonded marble, ive grown to like the bonded marble statues more, but have nothing really negative to say about anything ive received and ordered from this company and will continue to order my remaining items in the future

Looks 'cheap'.........book opening collects rain/sprinkler water/leaves and is already stained unattractively........ought to have been flatter.
Cheap looking, debris collects in crevice of book.

The Perfect Statue
While this statue would be charming in a number of places, as synchronocity would have it, it ended up perfectly fitting on the top of a large fountain and it is the same color! We no longer use the fountain because someone walked off with the Buddha that was the original top piece. This piece fit perfectly into position. We have placed a Cherry tree blossoming branch behind him and since we can no longer use it as a fountain due to the theft of the original top piece, we have instead filled it with sand and rocks to make it a Zen garden. As my brother commented, "The Buddha has returned!"
