Medium Bronze Cranes
Symbolize peace. Cast in the traditional lost wax bronze method and piped for fountain use.
Like those seen in traditional English gardens, these Asian symbols of peace are lifelike, lost wax bronze statues with a verdigris patina. In a medium perfect for showcasing their graceful legs and exquisite, elongated necks, they are elegant in an entryway, a field of irises or a pond, and are piped for optional fountain use. These unparalleled sculptures cause their lightweight local Garden Shop aluminum cousins to pale in comparison. Choose from among three scaled sizes for your landscape or decor. Set includes one curved neck and one straight neck.

Curved Neck: 25"H. 8 lbs.
Straight Neck: 30"H. 8 lbs.

Heavy and durable They came well packed and look great when unwrapped. We are not utilizing the fountain ability on this set, so cannot comment on how well that works. Based on presentation, these are as portrayed in the catalog and worthy of placement in an upscale setting. September 26, 2013
Very happy with the quality and over all features. I am very happy with the size, quality and over all look and features of the birds I selected which came with the added bonus of a great price. I was going to pay 3 times more than this! Phew, I am sure glad I shopped around, and got at Design Toscano!!! August 5, 2013
This product looks as described. These cranes are standing in a dry creek bed in my woodland garden. They are good quality, look as described, and are plumbed to be used as water spouting fountains! I have ordered bronze garden sculptures from Toscano before and they stay out all winter and still look perfect. The only negative comment is that the cranes would have been easier to secure in the ground had there been spikes/stakes attached to their webbed feet! But, they do stand okay with a couple of rocks over their feet. I found one blown over (or maybe a crow landed on one to take a closer look?) and so a little concerned about damage from falling over. Just what I was looking for..... Honestly, I haven't opened the boxes yet....waiting to find someone to build a fountain/fire effect for my courtyard to use them. Great looking pics! I searched several websites and none were available.....felt very fortunate to find the pair and at the time you were running a 25% off promotion. At that time....that made them a very good deal! Most cranes now are being made of resin which would have never worked with the fire effects! Felt fortunate to find exactly what I wanted during that great promotion! January 15, 2012
