I put it out on the front porch, told my husband we had a little visitor. He opened the door and he thought it was real! Excellent likeness of a real armadillo.

We put Tank in our backyard, and he looks amazingly real! We're having a lot of fun with it, moving it around the yard. Very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend it and Toscano!

The armadillo looks real. I'm not really a big fan of armadillos because they are so destructive, but this one is perfect. He can't cause problems. I live in Florida and they are a wide spread invasive species but are very interesting. I put him on the patio so he wouldn't get direct sun which will cause this type of painted product to fade. My husband and I were just commenting today on our little friend. Very cute and realistic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Zaubear Realistic - neighbor bashed it with a shovel
Tank had a short life, unfortunately.
It was a prank on my lovely neighbors who thought it was real (in Savannah, GA). Wife filmed while husband whacked it with a shovel. My name was heard throughout the complex.
Well made, realistic and (great neighbors).

Rated 5 out of 5 by TheHeater Very Cute Statue
This has to be the cutest garden statue I have ever seen. All I have in my landscaping is Gargoyles, which I love. But Tank the Armadillo is as cute as a bug's ear. I haven't had the heart to put him outside yet. For now he is indoors. I will spray clearcoat over him so his finish does not deteriorate in the sun and rain, then find a nice place for him where I can check on him from my kitchen window (we have 1.25 acres of landscaped property, so I don't want him to get lost out there!).
