Rated 5 out of 5 by dlwmsw Perfect size for a small assisted living apartment.
My parents in law moved into a small assisted living apartment and had to downsize from having a large displace case with over 60 Belleek pieces. This new cabinet allowed for 13 nice pieces to be displayed in their new smaller apartment. It is just perfect for the space.

Rated 3 out of 5 by dk55 Looks good out of the box. Door fit is poor and not adjustable. If you are particular like me may not be for you.
Not happy with the doors line up. They are not adjustable so if the are off you are stuck with it. Pretty little cabinet, stuff looks good in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rappearle Fair quality.
Doors don't line up well, and finish is fair, but like many things you are very critical at first and after a few weeks you don't notice it very much and other don't study it, just glance at it. It was a snap to hang, gets plenty of light into items being displayed and basically, my wife likes it. For the money it costs, and knowing what I know about it, I would recommend it. If it was to be a larger piece of furniture where eyes were on it often I would spend more money for a higher quality piece. You get what you pay for applies here.

I wish the folks who packaged the curio were the ones who applied the finish stain. I must say that it is one of the best packed items I've ever received (box within a box and lots of Styrofoam and packing material). I purchased two of these curios (several months apart) and each had a 'blob' of dark, basically black, stain along the top of one of the doors. The blob was clearly stain that had dropped onto the wood but not rubbed, or brushed, in and was then just left to dry. On each I had to sand the blob off which brought that area down to bare wood. The fun part was mixing together various concoctions of different cans of stain (left over from various home projects) to come up with a stain that was close enough to the rest of the curio. Construction is OK but not great. Corners are just butt glued together with no fancy furniture joints (one joint broke and had to be reglued). I suppose, given that it’s just a curio case, it doesn’t have to be very strong so butt glued joints are acceptable. Hinge attachment is hit or miss. I needed to remove one hinge, redrill the mounting hole locations, then reattach the hinge so that the door would close correctly. Glass shelves were packed well and showed no signs of scratches. Now that the two units are wall-mounted they look pretty good, but I did have to put some effort into making them look that way. I’m not going to tell you not to buy the unit, just don’t expect perfection for $129 and accept that, based upon my experience, you may have to put some post-receipt work into it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ghostman Exactly what we wanted.
The curio cabinet is beautiful. It matches a large size curio my daughter has almost exactly. She is very happy with it. The only problem we find with it is the doors do not close completely. There is a gap between them. We are very happy with it.

I like the cabinet, it just looked a bit more sturdy than it is. I would still recommend it to anyone though.
