The Lord Raffles Winged Lion Buffet Table
Our hand-carved, solid hardwood signature piece is an investment in European style and sophistication
The most ornate medieval style buffet table we've been privileged to offer! Boasting ball and claw feet that rise toward Gothic winged lions, this investment in fine furniture art takes well over two weeks of skilled hand-carving. Imagine serving a bountiful brunch from its wide top of more than a yard of glowingly polished, kiln-dried hardwood. Accessories are kept at hand in its two generous drawers that feature ornate gold-toned metal handles. Named after Lord Thomas Samford Raffles, who founded the British colony of Singapore, our exclusive boasts the authentic period details of a true Gothic revival piece, echoing the fine craftsmanship of centuries past.
42"Wx20"Dx40"H. 100 lbs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality. Poorly Built. Color very red not per photo. Falls apart This is very very red, and not the brown that is shown in the photo. The construction is horrible. There is a lot of assembly required, and the whole thing fits together with wooden pegs, and not screws or bolts. The wooden pegs are much too small for the holes, so you can basically blow on this thing and it will fall apart to the ground like a jenga game. I had it shipped back to DT but still waiting for the refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A beautiful piece of furniture I bought this for my medieval room area. It is an amazing piece of furniture and I continue to receive many compliments on it. I set my King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table in the center (also from Toscano) and my swords in the stones. I must admit this is my favorite item in my home and I enjoy just sitting, reading, and looking at it!
