We can’t remember if we were first attracted by the tastefully detailed handcarving or the Australian, hand tooled, tobacco-colored leather, stretched on the dark mahogany frames of this wing chair and matching ottoman. Whatever the reason, we’ve continued to admire the detailing--Victorian curves finished front and back with braiding and handcarved legs. You’d expect to find this much deep-seated comfort only in the library of a mid-19th century English country home.
