Emily Dickinson Armchair
Hand-carved solid hardwood antique replica
Named for the poet who liked nothing better than her favorite chair and a book of rhyme, this romantically-inspired work of furniture art is dressed front and back in a warm-toned floral jacquard upholstery with double welting. Hand-carved shell and acanthus detailing on its arms, legs, and pediment crown lend elegance to the wide-seated comfort, perfect as extra seating in a library or flanking an entryway to showcase period style. Simple assembly required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Massive chair This chair is huge! I thought it would be more of a lady's style with the flowers and all, but it could easily fit a 6' man. Quite imposing wherever placed, as long as you have the room for it--takes up quite a bit of space. Fine as an occasional chair. Comfy, sturdy, pretty! January 26, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fabric color ties everything in... The size, color and shape are just perfect for the area where the chair is placed. The multi colored fabric ties everything in my room together perfectly. It is good that I have woodworking experience. The assembly would have been challenging to someone without the experience and tools. August 8, 2013
