Royal Cartouche Sculptural Frieze

(c. 4th century B.C.) A full-scale replica of the original relief from the throne of King Tut

Talented artisans captured every deeply carved detail in recreating this scene from the 3,500-year-old throne of King Tut in Cairo’s National Museum. This quality resin detail depicts a scene from Tut’s royal throne room, where the king is attended by his Queen Ankhesenamun, and is finished in faux gold leaf and painted in the rich palette of Egypt. Sure to impress art aficionados and “Egyptophiles” alike!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not gold leafed as pictured. Very dull without the gold leafing. I was very disappointed. This is the first time I have received a product that does not live up to you standards. February 2, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful piece for Egyptian lovers! My whole office is decorated with Egyptian items and artifacts sourced from Toscano. Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceeded my expectation. When the AH store was closing, I saw one that was poorly painted and was not acceptable to purchase. I took a chance buying this one by mail order, but was pleasantly surprised that it is in top shape. The painting detail is excellent! I do miss not being able to browse the store though. Rated 0 out of 5 by This reproduction looks exactly like the original (which I saw on either the History Channel or National Geographic.......I put it on pause, and it is duplicated exactly as that in the Egyptian Museum). When you enter the foyer, it is first piece you see, the colors are beautiful but subdued and not gawdy, truly makes a statement! October 23, 2008
