Rated 1 out of 5 by jimn statue appeared spray painted in spots and head was dirty
statue was apparently dirty and upper parts had been spray painted; head was left dirty. On the other hand, the other 4 statues I ordered were excellent in every way.
I have no idea what your survey question "ease of maintenance" has to do with the company

Rated 1 out of 5 by tj325 have ordered many items, totally disappointed in this statue, heavy plaster-like not like the quality of previously purchased resin statues, sorry
The overall piece was not the delicate, precise detailing I have gotten in peviously purchases resin statues. It did not have the richness of the other statues, more like a plaster of paris molded statue. Donated it to a silent aution fundraiser because it didn't look good with my other collection. I will still continue ordering because I really like The Basil Street and Toscano collections....Thank-you

Rated 4 out of 5 by RAZZ36RLL Addressing height issue
this is in response to JICUS who reviewed this item and who commented that he wished the item was a little taller. I'm here to help and offer a very good and helpful suggestion.
I hope he reads this: if you go to AC Moore craft store or MICHAEL'S Arts and Crafts stores, they sell unfinished nicely crafted, different shaped pieces of wood that look like plaques. they are meant to be decorated however one wishes and I'm assuming they are for wall hanging. However, if you measure the base of this item, you should be able to find a base that will add some height to this.
Get a nice black oil based paint - I used RUSTOLEUM only because i had some and it dries shiny black. it looks very classy and adds just enough height to take it off the table and give it a more beautiful look with a nice black base.
I hope this helps and hope this helps for anyone considering buying this, but holding back because of the " wish it was taller" comment.
