Extremely poor packaging
I bought the set of three, as I have a friend whose sons are dragon fans as well. Last year I kept two of the 2011 ornaments and gave them one. This year I was going to bring them one of these, but all three arrived broken. They were in flimsy sleeves and surrounded by so little bubble-stuff that they stood no chance of being cushioned. This is very unusual for Toscano! Unfortunately they could not be replaced in time for Christmas. The items themselves are very nice and seem to be well-made, and certainly would have been a great value had the shipping department done a better job of packing them!!!! I would like to add that in just one quick phone call my issue was resolved by a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady, so I'm disappointed but satisfied with the solution.

Loved the idea behind the ornament. I bought the 3 ornament version. Two of the ornaments arrived broken. Wing tips and claws break easily. This was my first order with this company. I am not impressed with the packing.

Lovely, but packaging insufficent
We have been buying (and gifting) the dragon ornaments for years. It is as pictured, but with it in our hands, we see that except for the red ribbon, there is no Christmas to it. This "ornament" dragon has fragile talons, needle point horns -- very fragile. In past years, the Dragon ornaments (and all other purchases) have come in formed styrofoam boxes, packed into cardboard boxes. Nothing every broken. These supremely fragile ornaments came in PADDED Envelopes in a box with air packs. one was damaged (is being replaced) but in this packaging, i do not know how I am going to gift them across 500 miles.
We have a complete collection, but it is dissapointing.
