The ad photo doesn't represent the true color. I actually liked it but this and the Dragon Chalace that I purchased from you turned out to be much darker in color than was represented by the photo in your advertising. I then took a photo of these objects and discovered that the flash produced the beautiful shiny bronze color that I thought I was buying. You should take your advertising photos without the flash in order to show the true dark brown color. Whether it is a flash or some very bright light that is used, it makes a very big difference in the color. Even though I like these items and I intend to keep them, I would have far preffered them to be the color shown in your advertising. The clock is so much darker that I can't even see the hands without putting a bright light directly on it. Although I can see that you may be unaware of the color difference, if you continue to show a photo that appears to be a different color than the product, I would call that false advertising. After all, the items you sell are all about the looks. December 8, 2011

I am a bit disappointed in the size of the hands of the clock I received. The hands were black and smaller than the one pictured on line and therefore, difficult to see from more than 4 feet. However, it is decorative and works well with the theme in our guest room. February 3, 2009
