Venus de Milo Statue
(2nd century B.C.), Louvre, Paris. Few sculptural works convey that the outside of your home is as important as the inside better than this classic!
Imagine one of the world’s most recognizable sculptural images as the nearly 5-foot-tall focal point of your garden! Discovered in 1820 in Greece, this ideal of feminine beauty dates from the Hellenistic Age. The feeling of stone has quite surrendered to the soft warm substance of the human body. Cast in quality designer resin for your home or garden gallery.
Bring inside during freezing temperatures.
Shown atop our Laurel Plinth. See below for more ideas.

Great Statue. Very nicely made. I didn't have any rough edges that an earlier review mentioned so maybe that was corrected or it varies from statue to statue. Can't really rate the maintenance fairly because I just purchased this a couple of days ago. March 29, 2012
she's beautiful but didn't expect all the rough edges and finishes around the stature which you can t really see in the pic. have to take her in before winter or she'll crack...but there are no instructions on how to keep her clean or clean her? anyone know? also have full size david and hebe....everyone loves hebe. they need more lifesize statues that are classically attractive like these 3. I have her standing at the entrance of the gazebo, and next to the above ground, brick Koi pond. The sun hits her all day. I love sitting at my kitchen table admiring her. My back yard is a natural tropical jungle. Venus adds so much charm. She is as tall as I am." October 12, 2008
