Hound of the Baskervilles Walking Stick
With his penchant for mystery, Sherlock Holmes would have loved our cast metal hound atop his solid hardwood walking stick. In Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous 1901 book, The Hound of the Baskervilles, the legendary detective likely used a distinguished, rubber-tipped hardwood cane quite like our Toscano exclusive as he stalked the hound of evil. Not recommended for orthopedic use.

Looks good on the wall; but not recommended for actual use The stick is at the correct height, and the head is quite heavy. Both of these are good things. The shape & configuration of the head of the stick itself is not ergonomic and makes it almost impossible to acheive a comfortable grip when walking. February 7, 2012
