Rated 5 out of 5 by A Ducky Addition To Any Home My husband and I gave this statue of these adorable ducks to my twin sister and her husband for their 20th wedding anniversary. They live in the same development as we do, and all of us are so fond of the ducks that reside in our lakes. My sister put this statue in the garden at the entrance to her home. Everyone notices it and comments about it. This statue is so appropriate because my sister and I love to do high kicks together, just like the ducks in this statue. It is a running joke with us since we are both Medicare recipients and we both still have it going on! The only thing I wish is that the statue was a little larger. It looked bigger in the picture on the website catalog. I know this was an issue with another reviewer, but all in all, we love the statue. August 29, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Tiny is what it is The product is well-made, a hilarious trio of ducks, but the real thing is really small. I would say tiny for a welcome sign, maybe suitable for a gnome garden, but not really for a home. May 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cute ducks to welcome your guest These ducks are so very cute and will make a great gift for my relatives who have an anniversary coming up and a bare front porch. What a great way to welcome you home and will definitely make your guests smile as they approach your home. They seem to be saying; "We are glad you stopped by." April 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Adorable These dancing ducks are as adorable as they looked in the catalogue. I have gotten numerous compliments on them. They have been welcoming friends to my garden for 2 years now and still look as good as when I first put them out. An occasional rinse with the hose is all that is needed to keep them clean. Rated 5 out of 5 by Smaller than expected, but like it better! So, I have been eyeing this for a long time and finally bought it, but given the shipping costs (even though much more reasonable through Toscano than through other sources), I kind of thought I had paid too high a price and that I would not like the real thing as much as the price tag would require. So, my solution to that was to leave it in the box for two weeks by my door, afraid to open it. Evolved? Mature? Obviously. I'm clearly on the road to enlightenment! So I opened it up finally, and it was sooo much more petite than I expected. I know, a lot of reviewers have said that, so you'd think I would have understood that already. But I had measured and pictured based on the specs, and I had ducks of about twice the size of what these ducks are, in my head. Their being smaller was great news, though, since I had also seen that the corner where I was going to put them was smaller than I had expected. So in short, I LOVE them. I do not celebrate holidays but I do like decorating creatures for no reason, and this gives me an opportunity to add a yamulke, an elf hat, a cupid's arrow, or any other little clothing dressing that a tiny duck could ask for. They are naked out there all alone, after all. I can't wait for all those other holidays people have. I may put my Om necklace on one when Holi comes around in February. That will be awesome.
