Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 60 days for you to receive a refund or exchange. Returns received after 60 days but within 90 days, qualify for exchange or merchandise credit only. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has been shipped. Customized orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
Simple Procedure
Repack items carefully in the original packing materials with the return form (on the back of your invoice) and prepay shipping. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. If you paid with a credit card, product charges will be credited to your credit card account. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check.
